There's a speck of dust (or other type of debris) stuck in my iPhone 12 Pro Max earpiece. It looks like a very tiny white spot. I've tried everything to remove it like tape, toothpick, toothbrush, microfiber cloth, my nails, q-tip, compressed air, but it won't come out. Any other idea? Just knowing that it's there drives me mad.

Try some poster tack, but be careful that it too won’t get stuck inside the earpiece. Good luck.
Doesn’t work either. I’ve also tried with a needle but to no avail.

What kind of particle would get stuck in one of the the grille’s holes and don’t come out?

Any ideas as to what else I should do about it?

How do you know that it is something that can be removed, and not just something that looks removable, but is not?
Might just be something missed by quality control, or intentionally part of the manufacturing process (and a thing that you can choose to ignore now!)
I'm sure that you have compared with another iP 12 PMax to see if yours is unique (?)

That tiny white spot in the earpiece wasn’t there until a few days ago so it's most likely a particle that got stuck.

If you have no results with moving that tiny bit - maybe you could find someone who has some experience with tiny things - a jeweler (?) or another with similar skills/tools
