Spectrum has changed my email server from Roadrunner to Spectrum.net. Since then I've been unable to get my roadrunner email on the apple mail program. I called spectrum and they are woefully unable to deal with apple software.

The change in my setting is supposed to be only spectrum.net, but when I try to save the change I get this message.
Unable to verify account name or password. For the last few days I've had to goto the spectrum website to get my roadrunner email. I've tried adding port 993, but I'm not sure the program takes that kind of setting.

Anyone know what I need to do?

I've included a screenshot of my present setting, without my correct personal email info.

HELP?

If it's actually the "Spectrum.net" servers. It should be mobile.charter.net for SMTP and IMAP. Also try mail.twc.com and mail.brighthouse.com.

Here's the Email Server Settings Page
