Ready for some (more) speculation?
Thinking back to this report https://www.macrumors.com/2017/03/13/new-ipad-models-seen-in-device-logs/ that mentions 4 new iPad models. With the addition of the new iPad, this (probably) means:
iPad 7,1 - 2017 iPad wifi
iPad 7,2 - 2017 iPad cellular
iPad 7,3 - ???
iPad 7,4 - ???
There's still another iPad out there being tested, though at levels lower than 7,1 and 7,2. Maybe it's the 10.5, as the new smaller Pro, or maybe an updated 12.9. But if these testing levels are indicative of release dates, whatever the new iPad is seems to be 3-4 months out.

Below are the iPad identifiers that have been found along with their corresponding count, as provided by Fiksu. Only a small number of visits have been seen, which Fiksu says is "about the same number we see being tested about a month before release."
