Speech recognition is not working

In Mountain Lion, Speech recognition is not working. The first speakable items will work fine but after that no response. Is anyone else having problems and how can we fix it ?

Do you mean the Dictation feature? What happens when you use it? Does it recognize any words? Have you tried turning it off then back on?

Oh, got it, Accessibility settings. Hmm, I have not played with it in ML. So it works then stops?
