Just switched my Airport Extreme to N only, and turned on Internet sharing on my iMac through its built in wireless so I can still connect my iPhone and my Dell laptop. Anyways now my shows and movies on N from the 
TV load instantaneously, no load lag at all. I was amazed by the improvement in speed, it really made a huge difference.
