Spell check doesn't work in iOS 10 anymore

Hi,

Can someone else please test this. I don't use the predictive text line that shows words as you type (You can switch this off in Settings -> General -> Keyboards -> Predictive Text.

So soon as that's off. Spell checking no longer works. If you see a word with a red line under it you can't do anything. If you click on it nothing happens. in iOS 9 you'd get a pop up of suggestions.

Any ideas how to get this back? Or is it a bug?

I just tried it on my 6S—both off and on—and was able to select a misspelled word and replace it.

The spelling checker doesn't work on my Iphone 6 anymore either. Just upgraded yesterdayafternoon and had this issue immediatly. Phone locks in messages and mail. You can still get out of the app with the home button and then do something else, but the app you were in freezes. Turned spell checker of and everything is ok.

I would like to get spell checker back on though.
