Speltiles - gave it a go

I normally buy a lot of math games and I'm pretty good with numbers. My skill with spelling is poor by comparison. Someone (my boss, actually, so i couldn't really ignore him) recommended that i try this word/letter game.

I've given it a go over the last few days. It's pretty simple in gameplay and appearance, but it seems to do what it says on the tin. The subvocalising tip it seems is the key for actual improvement in daily life. Small price to pay, and who knows i may get that promotion I'm after.

Has anyone else given this a go?

SpelTiling

As a team manager I'm always noticing spelling mistakes amongst my underlings.

I downloaded this app like yourself and have been busy SpelTiling daily. Its an interesting and seemingly effective approach towards improving spelling.

The ease with which I can spell complicated words off the top of my head has certainly improved. People look at me as if I'm a magician at times.

Like your boss, I've started to recommend it to some of my team, with a hint towards how it might aid their promotion!!.

To the SpelTilers amongst us, can anyone regularly complete this on the highest difficulty? Do you think they'll bring out an even higher difficulty level! That would be magic!

Spelling?

I think in the age of spell check there are many things I would rather fill my brain with...I suppose it is helpful for crosswords and scrabble though. Not my favorite overall.

SpelTiles and crosswords

I agree.
SpelTiling is good for anything where letter sequencing is required. Being able to see words and letters and move them around in your mind's eye is a big advantage in crosswords, scrabble etc.
