Bought one from Amazon some time ago. Incredibly difficult to slide the strap through the slot when putting it on, something others have commented on too:

The band has a totally matte finish, unlike the Apple Sport band which is far smoother in comparison, and that's what makes it difficult to put on.
In the end, I stopped using it. Shame, as I really liked the design.

I have the Spigen Rugged strap. It's pretty good. I wore it exclusively for months. When I first got it a year and a half ago it was tricky to put on but after a while it was no problem to put on.
I have the Rugged case also which along with the strap gives it a nice look.

I wore the Rugged so much I wasn't using the Apple straps at all. I've been using the Apple Straps for the past couple of months to change the look up.

I purchased this exact band even before I purchased my AW2. I wanted more of a black "diving" type band and when I looked on Amazon I found this Spigen on sale and couldn't be happier with it. Certainly more causal/rugged then the black sport band that came with the watch.

If I need to wear something more fancy I can easily slip on a different band. Buy it, you'll be happy.

What made it difficult to install? Is there metal on the band?

Way I'm going but probably only for gym days, since I don't want to cover up the stainless.

Yeah I hope so. Was it a good fit for you?

The band is made of a matte rubber-like material and lacks the smooth finish of the Apple Sport band. It doesn't slide through the slot easily.

Is the quality and fit good of the band?
Debating on ordering both to change up the look of Watch and use for gym days.
I don't want the band to be poor quality or not "fit" on the wrist or watch well...

Mainly due to this thread, I've given the Spigen band a stay of execution and have been wearing it again this week. In terms of style and "feel", it's probably closer to the type of strap you would find on a diver's watch and not the smooth finish of the Watch Sport band. That said, the quality is fine and it's a good fit. But I still find it a little fiddly to get the free end of the band through the slot owing to the matte rubber finish.

May put in the order in and give it a try.
[doublepost=1481287790][/doublepost]Only probably with Apple Watch band I'm between holes in terms of fit.

Should I go ahead and pull the trigger on the rugged armor band and case?

Good. Hope it's worth it.
I picked up an Epik Lunatik for my old Sport and it worked good but after 6 months I was tried of it.

Went online to Amazon and red some reviews of how the case doesn't fit the series 2 well cause it's thicker, and it scrapes up the back of Watch....?

Figured I'd come back to this. Has anyone had issues with scraping from the rugged armor case or reports of the band being rather long?
