I dried the water with a towel and worked on it, after few hours i noticed that "comma" key is not working
I try to dry it white hairdryer but without any luck

Can just one key burn?

Water on keyboard is usually not repairable.
Drying it out leaves you with a dry keyboard, but still bad,,,
Usually you will lose other keys around the worst key, particularly in a vertical column, such as "k" or "i" - but you might just lose only the one key.
It's not repairable. Live with it, or replace the keyboard.
