Spinning Activity Wheel

I can't seem to figure out why there's an almost constant spinning activity wheel.

Has to do with your data. Spins when it connects to your IP. Are you sure nothing is updating in the background? Restart the phone if necessary - btw, while I‘m typing this I have the spinning wheel too. Closing Safari ends the spinning!
