Spinning wheel after installin 5 icon dock

OK, very first thing I try after jailbreaking my 3GS is installing 5 Icon Dock. Now after tapping Reload SpringBoard, I get the spinning wheel and it won't go away. Was I supposed to install SpringBoard first maybe? Should I force quit the phone?

i think springboard is just where the apps are and comes on the iphone already

this happens sometimes its normal,I think its cydia's problem
just reboot & see if the 5 icon dock install ok

Also check to see if there is an update for that app; I had the same problem with it as well...
