Split Keyboard on iPad

I spent about 4 hours last night using the split keyboard to type messages, URLs, notes, etc. It is pretty sweet!

I love that you can move it up and down on the screen to fit your hand size or get it out of the way of content. I think this is definitely one of the most overlooked features right now.

Yeah, mixed with the spelling corrector, it allows for pretty fast typing,

How do you get it to split? I have it "on" in preferences but don't know how to get it to split.

I see you got it, but for the benefit of others:

Press and hold the hide keyboard button in the bottom, right-hand corner of the keyboard. You can also use this key to drag the keyboard where you would like it.
