I can 'slide out' a second app to see it, but the little white line that lets me pull it into an active split screen isn't there. No amount of tapping, or attempting to slide split view works.

This is on an iPad mini 3, and only using Apple apps. (Safari main app, attempted to split with messages, mail, calendar, etc.)

Anyone else have this problem? Thoughts?

Oh... And I've restarted.

Unless you have an iPad Air 2, an iPad mini 4 or an iPad Pro, you won't be able to use split view.

Unfortunately the pre-req to use true 50/50 split view is 2GB of RAM which is currently offered on the iPad Air 2. The iPad Mini 4 will have 2GB of ram and have this feature as well.
