Spongebob game shuts down

I'm new mac user and got Spongebob game to my kids. Several times it just shuts down. I saw that another member had the same problem. Is there anything apple customer service can do about it or can anybody give me some tips how to fix it.
Desperate for any help, it just drives me nuts. I already exchanged the game ones, just the same problem.

Maybe you could specify what game it is? Maybe the game isn't a Universal Binary or perhaps it has issues running in Leopard.
