Spore Origins - HELP

I have a 3rd Gen Ipod Nano.

I bought and dowloaded Spore Origins yesterday on ITunes and I can't get it on my Ipod, it's not in the purchased area, it's in my Applications area but I can't move it over onto my Ipod what do I do, and everytime I click the Spore Origins Icon in the Apps section it just comes up with an instructions page...

Spore Origins is only supported on the iPhone and iPod Touch. Doesn't work with anything else.

Might want to read again. Spore Origins supports 3rd and 4th iPod Nano's, iPod Classics, iPod 5th gen and has for a while now.

In case you missed the news article from August when it was released here it is.
The version for iPod touch and iPhone are different and bought through the App store either on the device or in iTunes.

Sorry OP, I never bought the iPod Nano 3rd gen but I'm curious why it's not there. Did you make sure to click on your 'games/apps' tab and ensure it's checked there. Then double check your iPod under 'extras>games' to see if it shows up.
