I saw a Celestial Teal in used condition with some marks on the pin side of the band. Can these be cleaned or removed?

The best you can do is try washing it. There’s no way to know what the marks are from. However, those marks should be hidden/covered up when the watch is on your wrist.

First, try scrubbing with simple soap and water. If that doesn't work, you can also try nail polish remover. Careful with magic eraser, as it's basically fine grain sandpaper and can ruin the finish.
