Does anyone know if there is a difference between the Black Sport Band with 316L "Space Gray" Stainless Steel Pin and the Black Sport Band with 316L "Space Black" Stainless Steel Pin?

The former is the band that can be purchased separately currently, whereas the latter is the band that came originally with the first-generation Space Black Stainless Steel Apple Watch.

I like to know if Apple simply "renamed" the pin color from "Space Black" to "Space Gray" to be consistent with the Space Gray aluminum Apple Watch models. If not, did Apple once sell the Black Sport Band with 316L Space Black Stainless Steel Pin as a separate accessory? Does anyone have the part number?

There is no difference between the actual bands aside from the pins. As You said, one of the bands came with the Apple Watch and the other one was sold separately. That's the only difference between them. Everything else is exactly the same. And I have no access to a part number.

So "Space Black" and "Space Gray" are actually different parts and that Apple had released separate bands for these two different colors, even though they are almost identical? Do you know if Apple had ever released the "Space Black" band separately as a standalone band accessory?

There was never such thing as a "Space black" Apple Watch sport band. The Black Apple Watch sport band only Was sold in black with two different pin enclosures.

Here is what I mean by "Space Black" (not "Space Gray") in the Stainless Steel Pin in the Black Sport Band (see photo attached) so there may be (which I am not certain, thus this post) three (not two) "Black" Sport Band variants: Space Black, Space Gray, and Silver according to the pin color.

I can confirm after owning both and comparing them, that the "space black" and "space grey" pin Sport Bands are exactly the same, and both feature stainless steel pins of exactly the same colour and finish.

In further confirmation, Apple authorised resellers are able to order standalone bands that are ordinarily not sold separately. For example they can order the bands that come with the Edition Apple Watches on their own. These have unique part numbers. They could not, however, order a "space black pin" band - it just wan't on the item list - so it was literally identical to the space grey one.
