As of the last two weeks I am now the owner of several additional Nike and normal Sports Bands 😲

My previous Sports Bands have always been a pretty good fit, but, some of the new purchases have one side of the band which is incredibly tight fitting into the watch itself. Now I am quite sure these are genuine bands, they were sealed and all have serial number marked on the central metal locating pin.

A couple are medium tight, I can deal with it, two are so tight that they barely go all the way home, normally it is the non pin and loop side. As a test today I did try sanding with 1200 grit paper, the two plastic pieces either side of the locating pin, carefully I might add! these seemed noticeably raised on the tight fitting band sections, compared to the others which fit as expected. This does appear to have helped although they are still quite tight 🤷‍♂️

I guess this is just a manufacturing issue, possibly will re-order the two worst offenders since the supplier still shows stock, these are 2019-2021 dated bands, seems to be the Nike models mostly, ironically on of the normal Sports Bands I got in Marigold was actually quite slack on one side. I don't mind them being a snug fit, just that they are quite difficult to swap when they get this tight.
