This showed up on my phone. I haven’t done anything with it yet but it still shows up in the Dynamic Island. Are notifications for the Sports app on by default? And if you haven’t tapped allow should they show up in the Dynamic Island?

There are a couple settings under Settings for the Sports app that affect its live activities.
