Hi. I just recently purchased my macbook and I just noticed that there a is a spot of light on the lid. Anybody know why that is? Here are some pictures. The light is on the upper right hand corner of the lid.

sorry for the quality. It was taken from my cell phone.

Now I know it really isn't a big deal but it bothers me. It takes a way from the sleekness of the macbook. Would applecare take care of this if I bring it into the store or would they just turn me down since it is just a small spot of light?

Thanks.

You can always try and have it replaced, after all it could show a weakness in the top casing that might cause problems later on.

I should think they'd be able to replace it for you.
