Spotlight home screen just stop showing the recently used apps and favorites. See attached. (Last night it worked). Furthermore it does not search in the web.

There are 2 searches in iOS 9 (I know it's confusing)

If you swipe down from the middle of the home screen you get a search.

If you swipe left from the first page you get a search (this is the one that actually includes the recent apps, contacts and other suggestions).

Both are just blank for me and searching for stuff brings up nothing. :(

iPhone 6+ 64GB AT&T Upgraded to iOS 9 Beta1 vs Restoring.

I actually turned off all the toggle in settings > general > search. It seems to eat battery for some reason. Will toggle it back on in Beta 2.

I don't like that they're bringing back swiping to the side to search. Features that they've put into the new spotlight would be better off in the today view of the notification centre. Having the spotlight as just a drag down and search seems so much better.
