Spotlight doesn’t work 11.2.1

Hi
iPhone 8 iOS 11.2.1, two annoying issues:

Spotlight doesn’t show results from contacts, a reboot does solve this issue but it’s come back after few minute.

Another problem- in the battery usage, Siri always presented. Even though I didn’t used it at all.

Spotlight works for contacts on my iPad Air 2.

Try toggling contacts off (not just spotlight) run spotlight search, then toggle back on and try it.
