Ever since installing 9.0 public beta my iPad Air 2 has not displayed news in the spotlight and ever since I installed 9.2 public beta it hasn't shown neaby suggestions either. I don't use either feature too often but its beyond annoying just having empty space on the spotlight any suggestions to get it working?
