Spotlight not working

Is anyone else spotlight not showing internet searches? Im from England so I'm not sure if this makes a difference but I'm sure it doesn't. only shows files on my mac, I've checked the settings and its all allowed and ticket but doesn't show any web results?

I'm from Japan and Spotlight doesn't work too. It still shows results from App Store but no google search suggestions. Perhaps it's US exclusive.

I'm in Mexico and spotlight web suggestions wont work for me either.... This is ****ing weird.

i was on PB 6, i hope me being in the beta program don't affect my experience with the final version of the OS

i did a full instal of the OS, didn't update. (Mac App Store didn't gave any update anyway, i had to download the full installer)

I think you need to set your country to United States in System Preferences > Language & Region to be able to get spotlight suggestions.
Same thing as with iOS 8.

but all my settings are set to the US and still won't show any results...

Any success with others?
