When I use spotlight search to search for apps, most apps are shown, but Twitter, Soundhound, and the iOS Calendar app are never shown, even when I specifically search for them. Any ideas? IPad Pro 9.7”, iOS 11.2. Thanks!

Check your settings at Settings>Siri & Search under SIRI SUGGESTIONS for the apps you're looking for.

Unfortunately, you have to enable for each app that is disabled. Terrible that there's no "Enable All" toggle.
