iPhone Spotty activator performance

I'm on 8.1 on a iPhone 6 plus with the latest jailbreak. Activator is very spotty. Reachability is nearly non functional. I've tried to clear the double tap and add reachability. Doesn't work most of the time. Additionally bringing up command center rarely works with a swipe up from the bottom. I'm a fan of Ryan the developer and have purchased his apps/tweaks. But for me this one is pretty much useless. Anyone running this with no issues?

I also notice that after a while multitouching gesture on the ipad stop working

When things go pear shaped sleep then wake the device and it starts working again.
