iPhone Springboard crash due to opening too many apps at the same time

I have upgraded to latest iOS 12, and my iPhone X’s Springboard crash several times ! I have noted there is a Jetsam event happening when the springboard crash, and the ”largestprocess” apps varies from the springboard itself to Facebook app, and I can only eliminate the crash by not opening more than 4 apps at the same time, and orce closing apps after using them? Actually this happens on older iOS 11 already, but maybe only once per few days.

Is it a bug of iOS itself?
