Springboard Crash Loop

Hey everyone. 3GS on 4.0 JB.

Like a tard, I installed 5-column springboard before checking compatibility. When I rebooted, my springboard crashed. I removed 5 column via cydia, and my springboard crashed no matter how many times I reboot. Any ideas or will I need to restore yet again?

That happened to me after I tried installing a HTC plugin for lockscreen. I had to restore to official iOS 4 and JB again.

Solution...

I was also facing same problem after installing DreamBoard on 3GS. Tried above steps for long time.. didnt succeed. Later I install iphone explorer ver 2.1, Kept it running with Itunes.. as Itunes detected my iphone i immediately.. browser iphone with Iphone explorer... and deleted Dreamboard folder from Apps.
from the Springboard (it shows complete black only with status bar,) Open Multitasking bar, start cydia. Remove Dreamboard. Respire Springboard...

Later everything working fine.
No Need to Factory RESTORE...
