iPhone Springboard keeps crashing - How to diagnose?

All day today my iphone 7 JB springboard keeps crashing.
Is there a tool or app to diagnose why its crashing?

Maybe Crash Reporter will give you hints

If not, then think back to what you recently updated/installed that may have caused the problem

I'm having lots of resprings when I hit my home button to close apps, when it doesn't respring there is major lag to close apps. I've been having this issue for a couple weeks now, finally restored as new the other day to see if that would fix the problem but it has returned. Now I assumed it was Winterboard or one of it's dependencies, so I deleted them and the problem persists, had a suspicion it was CCToggles so I deleted it but it didn't help either. I'm running out of ideas so I guess I'll just delete one tweak at a time to see if I can find the culprit, I don't have any other ideas right now..

can you give us a list of your tweaks? what device do you have?

I have an iPhone 5, starting to think it might be iWidgets though?
