Springboard, Wallpaper Question

I'll make this quick. I want my lock/unlock screen, entire springboard and everywhere else to be the same wallpaper. I've been searching these forums, the web, messing with openSSH and winterboard and I can't for the life of me figure out how to just use my wallpaper as the springboard background.

Should be a Wallpaper.png file in /library/themes/<name of winterboard theme> that you can replace to with whatever you want.

Well, I know how the process is done. There is no wallpaper file anywhere, or a wallpaper folder or anything about winterboard. So I don't know what's going on.

I guess with the update to winterboard I can do it now.
