Okay, I was having big battery drain lately, I thought it might be lockinfo, I disabled it and had little improvement, but not a lot. I googled and I came across a thread somewhere saying that springtomize is a huge battery drain. I disabled it and am seeing a lot better battery life. I didn't have that many tweaks with springtomize either. After browsing for about 15minutes, playing music for 30 min, logging workouts in my exercise app and playing a game for about 10 minutes, my battery is 89% where it would probably be about 80% if lucky had I done this before disabling springtomize from a full charge.

Anyone come across this?

I've also heard that but refused to give it up lol... It just does to much! I hide dock labels, sometimes shadow & reflection, custom number and coverflow. And thats just for the dock lol. Also hide icon labels and resize the icons, hide newsstand, hide label in folders and auto close for folders. Many status bar elements hidden and also custom time. And my selection of custom docks & custom batteries. The app just does to much:p

I have never noticed it to drain battery, and I have had it on and off since the first day it was released.

I haven't seen much of a battery issue (if any) from Springtomize. You could try running battery detective to learn more about its usage, but from personal experience, you shouldn't see any problems unless you're using animations or a video wallpaper, etc. The only thing that ever caused my phone major problems was Dreamboard. I have about 12 different tweaks.

It has been a lot better since I removed it. I guess it might depend on which mods you use it for. I even did a restore and set up as new phone and I still had the battery issues until I removed said app.
