I've recently became victim from a phishing attack (sms) and unsure on how to resolve this issue. My iphone xr has been compromised so all of my information became available through some use of spyware(?) as they were also able to access my mic and listen to conversations I've had. This continued even after a factory reset of the phone. Recently I've also found the issue to be a lot worse than I initially thought. I moved to another phone with no cellular signal and somehow they were also able to see the information from that phone. I'm assuming my home modem was compromised too? Flashing my phone has been suggested from other threads I've read, but I'm not sure how to do that. Can I get a little help?

If you restore the phone as new using iTunes/Finder everything will be removed from the device. You might also want to change your AppleID password too. The second phone having the same issue is highly unlikely as you actually have to open the same sms to have the second device to be compromised
