Anyone else have a squeaky hinge on a Rev C or any other?

I hear all the talk about lose hinges and broken hinges but the absolute only worry (and it is not a big one) I have about my magnificent two month old Air is the squeak it makes sometimes when I open it up. I suppose that a too tight hinge could lead to a broken hinge but it doesn't sound like the kind of squeak that could lead to breakage. But who knows. If I open it very slowly it doesn't make it. Eventually I'll probably take it in, but not for now. Everything else looks and works too well.

Would appreciate hearing from others who hear from their hinge.

Whats wrong with posting in the million other "hinge" threads? But to answer your question, mine started off with a "squeak" then a "click" and then finally one day a "sonic boom"

I just thought a squeak was different from a click and a sonic boom. But thanks. I had better have it looked at sooner than later. I love this thing.

Same problem here...

I've got the same problem on my Macbook Air that I just purchased over a month ago. There's a small popping noise coming from the left hinge whenever I open the computer. I've been meaning to have it checked out, but haven't had the time. Let us know if you ever bring it in to get it looked at and what they say.
