SQL Validation

Hi,

I have created a .sql file from navicat to transfer my mysql db from internal server to external via phpmyadmin, except phpmyadmin is giving me errors such as;

ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1

even though navicat said it was fine, anyway round this?
