SR LED MBP Screen Flicker

So I got a MBP the day that it was upgraded to SR, with an LED screen, and I'm absolutely in love with it. I upgraded from an iBook G4, so everything about it is so much better The only problem is that there is a screen flicker when the brightness is down about three levels from brightest. Other than this there are absolutely no problems, so I was wondering if there ever might be a firmware update for the screen, and if not, would it be worth it to send it in for repairs?

i had screen flicker and i returned it straight away. you dont keep defect hardware. i bro has a sr mbp and he has no flicker. for that much money ... well... enuff said
