What is a compatible SSD adapter for the 11” Macbook Air 2015. I would like to use the Samsung EVO and I read that there are adapters I can use. What do I have to look out for???
1. Are there any issues or shortouts of sort using this method with an adpater?
2. Will it affect any other parts or performance issues?
3. Will the “new” drive be slower using the adpater or faster or the same?
I need to upgrade from my 256GB to something bigger as I do not have space anymore but the official drive is hard to come by and very expensive.
Help and tips appreciated please.

PS I use the Mac for live performances so I hope no issues arise as I cannot afford fallouts lol
