SSD as boot in MP 1.1?

Just wondering if anyone's done it and is it worth it. I have an Intel 320 (120gb) sitting here and playing eeney meeney between the MP and a Dell laptop.

Swear by my SSD in my MBP, just wondering if it's the same difference in performance in a MP, particularly a 1.1
 
Did this with my MP1,1 (put it into the second optical bay) and would never go back! Can definitively recommend it!
 
I have an Intel 320 160GB as boot HDD. It is the best investment I ever have done for my Mac Pro 1.1 :)
