I will be purchasing the 1.86 MBA soon and was wondering weather to buy the Samsung 128gb SSD now or should I wait and upgrade the 120 drive with the Intel 160gb SSD later?

Is upgrading the HD in the MBA hard?
Will the Intel SSD work, is the SATA connector compatable?
What are the benefits of the Intel SSD over the Samsung besides space?

Thanks for your help.

- No. Check the teardown pics on ifixit.
- Probably. Once the Rev B MBA ships someone will take it apart and we will know for sure.
- Speed.

I've been snooping around and it appears that the Intel X-18 160GB is going to be over 1K

The 80GB version is over $600.

Those numbers seem extremely high, but I guess what you pay for...

Looked at the teardown on iFixit, does not seem too bad to replace the HD but still if it costs 1k then I am not so sure about it.
