I utilized the http://www.slovix.com/touchfree/jb/x.tiff method to hack my iPhone. Everything went well until SSH. I receive this message...

You need to modify your known_hosts file on your computer, or just delete it all together. The new SSH install generated a different key than the key used before.

In my local folder? Safe to delete as far as trusted networks?

In your local folder there is a .ssh directory and in there there is a file called know_hosts, you can either edit it and delete the entire line that starts with the host name or if you are not familiar with the contents of the file then delete the whole file.
