I have lost my iphone(was stolen) and I don't have the phone's ip address to ssh into it. my question is: is there some log, containing the phone's ip, that may have been dumped on my computer?

You intend to SSH into it how? If it isn't on the same local network, it'll be very hard or impossible to do so. It also cannot be done over 3G.
