So the SSN is required for the activation part, right?

That's fun, because last time I was in the US, I managed to open a Bank of America checking account, with my italian address....where they actually send me all the letters and even the Platinum ATM Card!:eek:
Are you curious on what did they put on my account details on the computer, on the SSN field? A series of consequent 9!

Well, I honestly thought that it wasn't how things I supposed to be working in the Us....at least not from the #1 banking institution!:confused:

Wrapping up...no SSN (or 999-999-999 one), and American debit card, still no iPhone activation?:rolleyes:
