I can’t believe how much I actually like stacks. They’re so useful. Especially in certain situations, you can change your home screen quickly while you’re doing something in particular and then change it back when you’re done and want different information showing. I’m really looking forward to see the third party ones.

Agreed. I just wish they were designed to use space a little more efficiency. I like that they're clean and not jammed up with type, but it would be great if some of the small units had a little more info, e.g., calendar entries.

Yeah, I've mentioned in a couple of threads that they really need less wasted space and also 1x2 sized widgets. And why no home page widgets for the iPad just like the iPhone? Really makes no sense.

Yep. Installed the update on my iPad mini 5 and disappointed in that - especially because I usually leave it in portrait layout and you don’t even see the Today widgets.

I discovered today, that if I have a stack with the battery widget, but a different widget is on top of the stack and I open my AirPods, the battery widget will change to the top and will show you the current charge situation, then go back to the widget you previously had on top. Very cool!

Is it possible to add items to the stack? I have tried multiple times, but it seems like it decides what items to add, and you can only remove items. I can’t get news to add, nor battery.

You can. Just drag a widget onto the stack, like you were adding an app to a folder.
