iPad Pro Stage Manager Scaling External Monitor iPad Pro M4

I’m looking for some help!
I just got a 13” iPad Pro M4 and connected it using usb-c to my Dell 38“ Ultrawide monitor. The scaling is so messed up! All the windows and text are HUGE on my external monitor. I’ve already selected small text and “More Space” display setting thru the iPad but not sure why the scaling is so off on the external.
I think I’ve read I may need to use a DisplayPort cable? Will that make a difference?
Any help is appreciated!

Other than the scaling issue you have at the moment, what is your experience using Safari and watching movies like with that setup?
