standard web page size?

Hey guys, whats the standard size now?

i used to do 770w but now it seems to be bigger? Can i go 900?

What are you going to be using your site for? If it's a photography/design/anything creative/techie then use 950. If it's anything else consider using 770.

it a fantasy football site that i have been doing for 5 years now and time to redo the look. I just wanted to see if i could go bigger than 770 now?

Depends on your audience. 8x6 you really can't go bigger then 770. If you are designing for 1024 then that works. Just remember that some people will horizontal scroll.
