StandardKeybinding.dict

Hey guys !!!

I have created and edited the user keybindings at ~/Library/KeyBindings/DefaultKeyBinding.dict
I have edited this file with TextEdit, with Atom, etc.

But now I need to edit the system keybindings at /System/Library/Frameworks/AppKit.framework/Versions/C/Resources/StandardKeyBindings.dict

But opening this file, I get an understandable code. I don't know what app must I use for opening and editing this file.

Does anyone know ?

On my system, the file is a binary plist. See this for a summary:

If your file isn't a binary plist, post a screenshot of it opened in TextEdit or Atom.

Or if you're comfortable with Terminal command lines, I can suggest a couple.
