Anyone notice a standby battery drain with 10.0.2. The phone drains close to 10 % overnight whereas 10.0.1 was just a few points at most. I know it takes a few days with an update but dont think this is getting better and it happened even on airplane mode overnight plus a restart. Anyone else getting this?

Assuming this is fixed in 10.1?

Ip7+ intel modem

Thanks

I've experienced the complete opposite. Standby battery drain on 10.0.1 was awful, now I lose 0-1% overnight with 10.0.2 on my 7Plus.

Wow thanks for the feedback. Doesnt say it stats or usage. It just drains. Very odd. Cocnut battery says its ok. And its not like a crazy dropoff drain like some people are reporting

Its probably something just running in the background. Go through your apps and see what has background refresh on and you might be able to narrow it down.

I got my phone on Saturday and battery life has been fine until today. This morning when I got to work I decided to update to 10.0.2 and have been experiencing terrible battery life. Around 2pm my phone was at 57% battery from barely any use and decided to charge it. Plugged it in and sat it back down. When I just checked it a few minutes ago the battery was at 48% and the phone was super hot. I was able to feel the heat through the case that I have on it.

My statistics and usage are blank as well, which is odd.

Ah, well that makes sense. I should have thought of that but I guess I was more focused on why my phone was so hot and still dropping battery even though I was plugged into the charger.

Thanks for clearing up that part though!
