iPhone 14 Pro Standby Mode - how to unlock

Hi,

This might sound dumb, but when my iPhone 14 Pro is in standby mode, I can't figure out how to unlock it?

The only way to unlock my iPhone 14 Pro from standby mode is by tapping a widget. Is there another way?

To get to the Home Screen? I think the expectation is that you'll just pick up the device rather than use it on the stand.

If you mean unlocking with FaceID try putting the phone a bit closer. I've found that the font size on Standby means you tend to position the phone too far away for FaceID to work properly. I really should put a feedback item in about that.

I see. Yes, I want to get to the Home Screen, but it looks like you are right. You can't use the swipe up gesture to get to the Home Screen while the phone is in stand by mode.
