Star Walk - bugs in 4.4

Does anyone have Star Walk 4.4 (iPhone) and can verify the following?

The app now support's iOS 4 and am pretty sure that the last update mentioned support for fast app switching. The app store description does not mention iOS 4 at all. When I launch and re-launch the app, it goes through the normal startup sequence... splash screen then Sky Live. Fast app switching does not appear to be working. iPod support also does not appear to be working and I recall seeing that as a new feature also.

I've emailed the dev regarding the fast app switching and never got an answer.

Can anyone verify?

Just tried it and you're right. I pulled it up from background and it started over....back to splash screen.
I've noticed since the latest OS update that it takes a few seconds for Sky Live to catch up. It freezes for a few seconds.
