Hey,

Thinking of purchasing Star Wars: Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition for Mac. I'm running a 2010 MBP with 15" 2.4Ghz Core i5/4GB RAM/nVidia 330M w/256MB VRAM, although system requirements for the game don't specify whether the game will run with the 330M+Intel graphics card. Also, the requirements specify 512MB of VRAM. Just wondering if this is going to be an issue or if anyone else has tried it on the 330M with success.

Thanks for your help!

I'm on 3.06Ghz C2D 8800 GS iMac. It runs nicely usually at native res 1920x1200, fps dips quite a bit when it renders very busy heavy backdrops (rare). You can sorta negate it, if you "look away" ingame.

On 1600x1000(or similar), its smooth, dips sometimes with heavy backdrops but not a lot. With 330m it should run a lot better, since 8800 is quite old. Tho 8800 has dedicated 512 ram compared to 330m's 256 tho.

SW: TFU 2 is coming out in October.

Cheers, thanks for your input. I saw on Apple's website some customer reviews and one guy got it working on his 13" MBP with the 320M, so I guess it works!

Yes, it runs well with the 320M. I actually have a video of it running on my MacBook Pro 13" with the 320M. Feel free to check it out at youtube.com/KadMac25

If you have a console (Xbox/PS3) I really suggest you buy the game for it.

I tried it on PC (Core i7 930, Radeon 5870) and the overall experience was better on my Xbox 360, the game is really not optimized for PC gaming.

25GB Install and the textures are ugly as hell.
