Starcraft 2 on Resnet

Hey guys, I've recently moved back into halls, and I've noticed I can't get my Starcraft to play with others! I can get into the game, log in and do single player stuff. But it just gets stuck at the loading screen whenever i try to join a custom game or quick match. Is it because the school blocked the port and stuff?

Maybe you should ask your school, whichever one that might happen to be.
